What size of organisation is a good fit for Yaraka's services?
Our engagements are well suited to small and mid-sized organisations — typically between five and two hundred staff — that are organising their procurement for the first time or looking to improve an existing approach. Larger firms with a specific category or team to review are also welcome.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Supplier Review Session fits within one to two days. The Sourcing Process Programme spans approximately three weeks. The Procurement Advisory Programme runs over three months with regular review touchpoints. All timelines are agreed at the start of the engagement.
Will the work disrupt our day-to-day operations?
We design our work to fit around your team's schedule. Most sessions involve one or two key contacts, and we keep the time commitment proportionate to the scope. For shorter engagements, the involvement is typically a few hours over the agreed period.
What do we receive at the end of an engagement?
Each engagement includes defined deliverables: the Supplier Review Session provides a supplier snapshot and observations note; the Sourcing Process Programme delivers an evaluation outline and comparison templates; the Procurement Advisory Programme includes a practices review, a phased plan, and two follow-up sessions.
How is the fee structured?
Fees are fixed per engagement: RM 560 for the Supplier Review Session, RM 1,500 for the Sourcing Process Programme, and RM 2,880 for the Procurement Advisory Programme. The scope and fee are confirmed before work begins, so there are no unexpected additions.
Is our business information kept confidential?
Yes. All information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. We handle client information with care and do not share it with third parties. A confidentiality agreement can be put in place if your organisation requires it.
