These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Yaraka website at yaraka.live and any consulting services provided by Yaraka, operating from Level 7, Menara Mutiara, Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

Yaraka provides business consulting services in the areas of procurement advisory, supplier review, and sourcing process design. Our services are advisory and operational in nature. We do not provide legal, financial, or regulated professional services. Nothing on this website or in our deliverables constitutes legal advice, investment advice, or any other form of regulated advice.

The scope, fee, and timeline for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Any variations to scope must be agreed in writing by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design elements, and structure, is the property of Yaraka or its content providers. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any material from this site without our prior written consent.

Deliverables produced as part of a consulting engagement are provided for the client's internal use. Specific terms around deliverable ownership are set out in the engagement agreement.

We treat information shared with us during engagements as confidential. In turn, we may share certain confidential materials with you in the course of an engagement. Both parties agree to handle such information with reasonable care and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Yaraka shall not be liable for:

  • Business decisions made by you based on our advisory deliverables

Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

Fees for each engagement are stated in the engagement agreement. Payment terms are as specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work on an engagement where agreed payment terms are not met.

9. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Either party may withdraw from an engagement by providing written notice. Work completed up to the point of withdrawal remains payable at a pro-rata rate based on the agreed engagement fee. Specific cancellation terms may be set out in the engagement agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
